FFFL Fitness

Faithfully Fit For Life Fitness doesn't focus on max reps, killer sets, injurious strength training, or crushing cardio sessions. The focus here is helping you reach your fitness goals. Age, fitness level, gender, none of it matters ... I can help you. If you are just getting started, that's great. I am a true believer that a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing. If you are an advanced level athlete who wants to focus on certain aspects of advanced training, I can guide you through beast-mode workouts. Whatever your fitness needs, I'm here for you.

Training Styles and Formats

Bodyweight training is the focal point of FFFL sessions. I use regressions/progressions of base exercises (push-ups, squats, pull-ups, rows, sit-ups, lunges, planks, etc.) to ensure clients are challenged in a way that optimizes effort. I also incorporate the use of resistance bands and dumbbells.  Clients will experience increased levels of fitness, agility, strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardio health.
